Some time to relax, rejuvenate and reacquaint with your creative spirit. Deepen your yoga practice and feed your creativity with daily workshops and classes led by Melbourne teachers Chris Saray and Lucy Broome.
The Island of Kadavu in tropical Fiji offers the perfect setting to revitalise in your own private paradise whilst engaging with a grounded and supportive community.
Papageno's eco-resort is an intimate oasis on the mid-north coast of Kadavu Island, Fiji. The resort is situated in a lovely, calm, sandy bay fringed with pristine coral reefs for diving and snorkelling. The lush surrounds are a perfect settting for relaxation and yoga practices. All meals are included and prepared fresh from the resort's own organic garden.
Daily yoga with Lucy will be held in a beautiful yoga shala on the beach. An enlivening, grounded practice will help unwind the body and mind, creating space for untapped energy and the creative process, to flourish.
Each day after yoga and meditation you will have the opportunity to participate in workshops led by Melbourne artist and musician Chris Saray. These workshops are designed to be playful and expressive and will include such mediums as drawing, poetry and craftmaking.
Other optional activities include snorkelling, scuba diving, sea kayaking, hiking and a visit to a local village. Or you may prefer to simply relax on the beach and treat yourself to a rejuvenating Fijian massage.

Papageno's offers you delightful traditional Fijian style living that blends island charm with modern luxuries. You can choose either the Garden Rooms or the Ocean Front Bures. These can be taken as single, twin or three share options (families, please enquire about futher options.)
Garden Rooms
There are four garden rooms available, two for couples and two larger rooms for families or groups. These rooms are located approximately 125 yards inland in the pristine tropical gardens and each room shares a wall and a front porch with it's neighbor. The rooms have generous ensuite bathrooms. They are located near the feeding area of the Shining Parrots (which are not found anywhere else in the world.)
Ocean Front Bures
The five traditional Fijian Bures at Papageno's are spacious, elegantly furnished and situated within a few dozen feet of the white sandy beach. Each is surrounded by aromatic gardens of exotic flowers and jungle plants, with the rush of waves to lull you to sleep and an orchestra of birdsong to wake you in the morning.
Each Bure has an Ensuite washroom with hot and cold (drinkable) running water pumped from a sweet spring high in the hills behind the resort. Each also has a leak-proof roof covered with grass to cool the inside under a tropical sun, plus walls of louvered shades through which is carried the scent of blossoms on the cooling ocean breeze. Stylish furniture, smooth wooden floors and Fijian wall decorations complete each Bure.

Domestic Flight from Nadi Airport to Kadavu Island and boat transfer to/from Kadavu Domestic Airport. All meals, accommodation, yoga classes and workshops. One snorkel trip to the reef to see the beautiful coral, famous to this island. International Flights
Please note that you will have to be responsible for your own airfare to Nadi. The domestic flight to Kadavu will depart from Nadi on Saturday May 31st at midday. Please contact us if you would like us to book your flights to Fiji. Inspirit Travel is a division of Armadale Travel.
